Will Facebook launch Augmented Reality glasses for consumers by the end of 2021?

Market Rules

Facebook has been touting a smart glasses product since 2020, saying that it would arrive “sooner than later” in 2021. The wearable devices are expected to provide an augmented reality experience that would overlay digital features on people’s real-world perspectives.

If Facebook effectively launches any wearable Augmented Reality glasses for consumers by December 31st, 2021, this market will be resolved as "Yes".

  • Futuur: Facebook and Ray-Ban have just launched a pair of smart glasses.
