Will the final report from "CPI da Covid" recommend charges against any state-level Secretary of Health for mismanaging the pandemic?

In April 2021, a Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry (CPI) was installed in Brazil's Senate to investigate the role of the Federal Government in fighting the Covid-19 pandemic.

Among the issues that are subject to investigation is the collapse of the health system in the state of Amazonas, the recommendation of treatments without scientific proof, the purchase of vaccines, the management of the immunization process, among other issues.

If the final report of "CPI da Covid" recommends that at least one state-level Health Secretary is charged for acts that are related to any of the facts being investigated, this market will be resolved as "Yes".
