In June 2021, Brazil's Supreme Court justice Carmen Lúcia asked the full body of justices from the Court to analyze a request made by Brazil's opposition parties to overturn the 100-year secrecy imposed by the Army on the administrative disciplinary procedures against former minister of Health General Eduardo Pazuello.

A few days before that, the Army had imposed 100 years of secrecy to the process that investigated the general's participation in a political event in Rio de Janeiro, along with President Jair Bolsonaro and government supporters.

If the referred 100-year secrecy imposed by the Army is overturned by a decision of Brazil's Supreme Court, this market will be resolved as "Yes".
