Market Rules

Tarcísio de Freitas took office as Brazil's Secretary of Infrastructure on January 1, 2019. If he leaves such position by December 31, 2021, this market will be resolved as "Yes".

The criteria to resolve this market as "Yes" will be the official announcement of Tarcísio de Freitas' permanent release from the duties related to that office. Such announcement must be made or confirmed either by the minister himself, Brazil's President, or the presidential spokesperson.

If Tarcísio de Freitas is only temporarily released from duty, only to be readmitted into office shortly after that, this market will remain open.
