Will the veto of the National Security Act be overturned?

Market Rules

In September 2021, Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro sanctioned Law No. 14.197/2021, which revokes the National Security Law (LSN), but vetoed portions of the law. Among the vetoes are legal arrangements that criminalize deceptive mass communication and the attack on the right to demonstrations, in addition to provisions for more strict punishment of militaries. Brazil's National Congress must now analyze the president's vetoes in a joint session between the House and the Senate.

If any of President Bolsonaro's vetoes to Law No. 14.197/2021 is overturned by Congress, by the end of 2021, this market will be resolved as "Yes".
