If the price of 1 unit of Ether (1 ETH) rises above 10,000.00 USD at any point before January 31, 2022, at 23:59:59 UTC, this market will resolve to "Yes".

Coinbase's prices index will be the reference for resolving this market, as available at https://www.coinbase.com/price.
