If Tom Vilsack still holds office as Secretary of Agriculture of the United States through July 1st, 2022, this market will resolve to “Yes”.

If Vilsack’s departure from the office of Secretary of Agriculture of the United States is announced by official channels of the White House on or before July 1st, 2022, this market will resolve to “No”, even if his departure is only backed by an official act after that date.
