After that, the team of Brazil's Attorney General Augusto Aras declared his team would analyze the evidence presented by the CPI and assess whether it should require a formal investigation before Brazil's Federal Supreme Court (STF) or Superior Court of Justice (STJ).

If, by the end of 2021, Brazil's Attorney General's Office requests the opening of a full investigation against Brazil's Government Leader in the House of Representatives, Ricardo Barros, for “Incitement to crime”, this market will resolve to "Yes".
