Market Rules

As US President Donald Trump made his second pick of a Conservative Justice for the Supreme Court, some Democratic congresspeople have started to consider the possibility of proposing to expand the Supreme Court, by adding new Justices to it.

The expansion of the Court could come both as retribution for the Republican move to fill the place in the Court before the 2020 election and as a way to move the judiciary away from political bias. If implemented, it would be the first change in the size of the Court in 150 years.

If the number of seats of the Supreme Court of the United States gets expanded by December 31, 2022, this market will resolve to ‘Yes’.
