Market Rules

This market will be resolved depending on which of the listed justices of the Supreme Court of the United States is the first to create a vacancy on the Court by permanently departing active service for any reason.

If two justices leave at the exact same date, the one with the most advanced age will be considered the first to leave.

Temporary recusals or leaves of absence will not be considered as leaving the Court for the purpose of this market
