Will Kraken go public as a US company in the first half of 2022?

Cryptocurrency exchange Kraken's CEO Jesse Powell stated that the company intended to launch an IPO on the tail of competitor Coinbase's public listing. In April 2021, Powell confirmed to Fox Business to be looking to launch the IPO in the second half of 2021, which did not happen.
If Kraken goes public either in the New York Stock Exchange or in the NASDAQ stock exchange by June 30th, 2022, this market will resolve to "Yes", regardless of whether the company goes public in form of an initial public offering (IPO) or public listing.
