Arthur Lira (PP-AL) was elected Speaker of the Brazilian House of Deputies for the 2021-2022 biennium on February 2nd, 2021, with 302 votes in one round of votes. In case Lira gets reelected for this office at the beginning of the 2023 Legislative Session, set to take place on February 2nd, 2023, this market will resolve to “Yes”.
