Will Lukashenko remain in office as President of Belarus through the end of 2023?

After the results from the 2020 elections in Belarus were declared, the opposition forces in the country took to the streets in protest for considering the elections to be fraudulent, and demanding president Lukashenko resigns the office of the presidency. These demonstrations were often met with strong and violent repression by Belarusian security forces.
If by the end of 2023 Aleksandr Lukashenko does indeed resign or gets removed from the office of president of Belarus, this market will resolve to "No".
