Will the Housing Market Index fall below 34 in the US in December?

Market Rules

The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB)/Wells Fargo Housing Market Index (HMI) is a measure of the single-family housing market in the United States based on a monthly survey of NAHB members.

If the HMI’s results are lower than 34 in December this market will resolve to “Yes”. This market’s resolution will be based on figures set to be released on December 18th, 2023.
