Market Rules

Belarus is part of a union state together with Russia and has been taking part in joint military exercises by the Ukrainian border, on top of allowing Russian operations in its territory and providing logistical support in the war. However, after over a year of conflict, Belarus has not yet deployed troops to fight in Ukraine, conditioning its action to a direct Ukrainian attack.

If Belarus officially declares war on Ukraine by December 31st, 2024, this market will resolve to “Yes”.
