Will new residential sales in the US grow above 662,000 in March?

Market Rules

New residential sales figures in the United States are jointly announced monthly by the US Census Bureau and the Department of Housing.

This market will resolve to “Yes” if the seasonally adjusted annual rate of new single-family house sales in the US in March 2024 is greater than 662,000.

The reference for resolving this market will be the report set to be released by the US Census Bureau on April 23rd, 2024, at 10:00 a.m.
