Pablo Marçal declared ineligible by the end of 2024?

Market Rules

This market aims to predict whether Pablo Marçal will be declared ineligible to run for elective office in Brazil, as a result of a decision by the Electoral Justice or any other court in the country, before the Judicial Recess of 2024 starts (likely on December 20, 2024).

"Declared ineligible" means that an official decision, through a ruling or judgment, issued by an electoral court or a Brazilian judicial body, renders Pablo Marçal ineligible, by Brazilian law, including (but not limited to) the Clean Record Law (Lei da Ficha Limpa) or other applicable electoral laws.

For the market to resolve as "Yes," the ineligibility must be publicly confirmed through official publications or judicial decisions, or by reports from reliable journalistic sources.

If after being declared ineligible, Pablo Marçal's ineligibility is reversed or suspended before the judicial recess, that will not reverse this market's resolution.
