This market predicts whether Russia will complete a full withdrawal of all military personnel and equipment from Georgia’s internationally recognized territory by 23:59 (UTC-3) on December 31, 2024.
The market will resolve to “Yes” if Russia fully withdraws all military forces—including personnel, vehicles, equipment, and weaponry—from all Georgian territory, including the regions of Abkhazia and South Ossetia, internationally recognized as part of Georgia. This withdrawal must be total, with no Russian military presence remaining in any area of Georgia by the specified date.
Verification of the withdrawal must come from official government announcements or credible international organizations such as (but not restricted to) the government of Georgia, the government of Russia, international observers, organizations like the United Nations (UN), or news sources that Futuur considers credible and reputable.
