Amazon cryptocurrency by the end of 2025?

In July 2021, British media publication City A.M. reported Amazon was planning to introduce its own cryptocurrency in the near future. At the time, the statement was denied by Amazon.

If Amazon announces the creation and implementation of its own cryptocurrency in its retail platform (Amazon.com) by December 31, 2025, this market will resolve to “Yes”.

If Amazon introduces a cryptocurrency for only certain regions or services, Futuur will use its discretion to determine whether this constitutes a 'Yes' resolution.
