Will NASA's HALO lunar living quarters be launched by the end of 2027?

NASA has plans to launch a space station in orbit around the moon, the Gateway. The plans include the creation of a pressurized housing in which the astronauts present at Gateway will work, called HALO (Habitation and Logistics Outpost). According to the American space agency, HALO should be launched around December 2027, as part of the first module of the Gateway to be sent to lunar orbit.
If HALO is launched on a rocket toward the Moon by the end of 2027, this market will resolve to "Yes" regardless of whether or not the launch is successful and reaches its intended orbit.
If NASA officially annouces the postponement of the launch to a point after December 2027, this market will resolve to "No" at the moment the announcement is made.
