This market predicts whether, on or before 23:59 (UTC) on December 31, 2025, the United States federal government will officially release a new phase of declassified files related to Jeffrey Epstein and his criminal activities. For the purpose of this market, a “new phase” refers to a distinct release of documents not included in the February 27, 2025, declassification coordinated by Attorney General Pamela Bondi and the FBI.
The market resolves to “Yes” if a new tranche of documents is formally released to the public by a federal agency (such as the Department of Justice, FBI, or any other competent U.S. government body) containing previously unreleased or undisclosed material regarding Epstein’s crimes, associates, or related investigations. The new release may include partially redacted documents or previously leaked materials presented for the first time in an official, declassified capacity.
The market resolves to “No” if no such new release is announced or made public by the referred deadline. Releases by state governments, civil litigation discovery, or unauthorized leaks without official federal confirmation do not qualify. Verification will rely on announcements or press releases issued by relevant federal agencies, publication on their official websites, or reports from reputable media outlets that clearly cite or display the new document release by the U.S. government.
