Will Trump be named in the next release of Epstein Files?

This market predicts whether Donald Trump's name will be mentioned in previously unreleased Jeffrey Epstein files that are publicly released by the Trump Administration or any federal court between August 7, 2025, and December 31, 2025. The files must relate to Jeffrey Epstein's illegal activities and contain novel information not previously available to the public.

The market will resolve to "Yes" if the following conditions are met:

• The Trump Administration (including any federal agency or court) publicly releases previously unreleased files about Jeffrey Epstein's illegal activities between August 7, 2025, and December 31, 2025.
• These files must contain any mention, reference, or naming of Donald Trump in connection with Jeffrey Epstein.
• The mention can be in any context related to Jeffrey Epstein, regardless of whether it alleges or suggests any nefarious or illegal activities by Trump.

Files must contain previously unreleased information. Simple re-releases of already public documents do not qualify unless Trump's name was previously redacted and is newly revealed through unredaction.

If files contain references to "Individual-1" or similar coded language that is officially confirmed to refer to Trump, this qualifies for a "Yes" resolution.

If Trump's name appears only in metadata, headers, or administrative portions of documents (not in the substantive content), this will not qualify for a "YES" resolution.

Examples of qualifying mentions include (but are not restricted to): business relationships between Trump and Epstein, social interactions or meetings, phone calls or correspondence, property transactions, flight logs or travel records, and other documentary evidence connecting Trump to Epstein.

This market focuses solely on whether Trump's name appears in qualifying document releases, not on the implications, accuracy, or legal consequences of any such mentions.
