Will Yahoo go public again in 2026?

Market Rules

This event predicts whether Yahoo will announce and set a definitive date for an initial public offering (IPO) or direct listing at any time between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026 (inclusive). The Primary Designated Source (PDS) will be an official announcement by Yahoo or a recognized stock exchange confirming a public listing with a specified date.

If Yahoo or a stock exchange officially announces an IPO or direct listing for Yahoo with a fixed date during this period, this market will resolve to "Yes". Otherwise, it will resolve to "No". Speculation, exploratory talks, or vague timelines without a set date will not count, and the listing does not need to occur for resolution. If official announcements are unclear, the Secondary Confirmation Mechanism (SCM) will rely on consistent reporting from major financial news organizations. Resolution will reflect the substantive announcement of going public with a fixed date, not rumors. If a definitive determination cannot be made, Futuur may cancel this market with a public explanation.
