Will Microsoft's fiscal Q4 2026 GAAP Earnings per Share (EPS) exceed $4.21?
Market Rules
This market predicts Microsoft Corporation's (MSFT) reported profitability for its fiscal fourth quarter of 2026 (the quarter ended June 30, 2026): whether earnings per share exceed a set threshold. It resolves to "Yes" if the GAAP diluted EPS in Microsoft Corporation's first official fiscal Q4 2026 earnings release is greater than $4.21, and to "No" otherwise (basic EPS is used if diluted is unavailable). The resolution source is Microsoft Corporation's official quarterly earnings release and related SEC filings, via Microsoft Investor Relations (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/investor).
Resolution uses the first officially reported figure, rounded to the nearest cent; later restatements do not affect it except to correct an obvious, immediate error. The threshold is fixed — this is not a comparison to analyst estimates. If Microsoft Corporation does not release fiscal Q4 2026 earnings within 45 days of its expected report date (on or around July 29, 2026), this market resolves to "No". Resolution reflects the earnings Microsoft Corporation actually reports, not presentation technicalities.
