Market Rules

This market will be resolved as "Yes" if Congress passes a Constitutional Amendment Project by December 31, 2021, in two rounds of voting in the House and the Senate, lowering the number of congressmen in at least one of the two legislative houses. The current number of representatives in Brazil's House of Representatives is 513, while the Senate is home to 81 senators.
