Will William Barr leave the Trump administration in 2020?

Market Rules

William Barr is currently serving as Attorney General. If he remains in office by the end of December 31st, 2020, this market will be resolved as "No". Otherwise, it will be resolved as "Yes".

The criteria to resolve this market is the effective and permanent release from duties by William Barr. Therefore, the following scenarios shall not count as leaving office:

1) Announcing his intention to leave office before December 31, but only doing so after such date

2) Being temporarily released from duty, only to be readmitted into office within 48h from that.

In both of the referred cases, this market shall still be resolved as "No".
