Will the number of ransomware incidents In the US increase in 2020?

According to security firm Emsisoft's report "The State of Ransomware in the US", at least 966 American government agencies, educational establishments, and healthcare providers were hit by ransomware incidents in the year 2019.
If the statistics published by Emsisoft for the year 2020 show an increase in the cases of ransomware incidents, this market will be resolved as "Yes".
It is necessary for a "Yes" resolution that the report encompasses the whole year of 2020 – January 1st to December 31st. If by any means Emsisoft doesn’t publish a report on the issue for this given period, Futuur will take the liberty of using another report on the same issue by another credible author. If by January 31st, 2021, there isn't any such alternative report available, this market will be canceled and all active wagers will be returned to forecasters.
