Will Fabio Wajngarten leave his post in 2020?

Market Rules

In early 2020, reports from Brazilian newspaper Folha de São Paulo alleged that the head of the Presidency's Secretariat of Communication, Fábio Wajngarten, received money from TV stations and advertising agencies through a company of which he is a partner, FW Comunicação, in return for favoring such clients in contracts with the Brazilian federal government, thus incurring in a violation of the “Conflict of Interest Law”.

If Fábio Wajngarten remains in office by December 31, 2020, this market will be resolved as "No". Otherwise, it will be resolved as "Yes".

The criteria to resolve this market is the effective and permanent release from duties by Fábio Wajngarten. Therefore, the following scenarios shall not count as leaving office:

1) Announcing his intention to leave office before December 31, but only doing so after such date;

or

2) Being temporarily released from duty, only to be readmitted into office within 48h from that.

In both of the referred cases, this question shall still be resolved as "No"
