Will Carlos Bolsonaro be indicted in the "rachadinhas" scandal by the end of 2021?

Since early 2019, Jair Bolsonaro's son (Senator Flávio Bolsonaro) has been investigated for alleged crimes related to the so-called "Rachadinhas" scandal. According to the accusations, Flávio would command his employees to return part of their salaries to him through illegal operations that involved direct cash payments, money laundering, and more, as a way to enrich himself.

In march 2021, the UOL news portal published evidence that the same procedures that characterize the "Rachadinhas" scheme also occurred in the offices of President Jair Bolsonaro - who, at the time, was still a federal representative - and of Flávio's brother, councilman Carlos Bolsonaro. The revelations rose questions as to whether Carlos might be indicted for the same crimes his brother Flávio is accused of.

If by December 31st, 2021, Carlos Bolsonaro is formally indicted for his alleged involvement in the so-called "Rachadinhas" scandal, this market will be resolved as "Yes".
