Will all five antitrust bills pass in Congress by the end of 2021?
Market Rules
Five bipartisan antitrust bills have been introduced in the House of Representatives of the United States on June 11, 2021: The American Innovation and Choice Online Act, the Platform Competition and Opportunity Act, the Ending Platform Monopolies Act, the Augmenting Compatibility and Competition by Enabling Service Switching (ACCESS) Act, and the Merger Filing Fee Modernization Act. These bills address various issues linked to the dominance of “big tech” enterprises in their sectors.
If all five antitrust bills pass in Congress by December 31, 2021, this market will be resolved as “Yes”.
