Will Brazil's Electoral Public Ministry charge Bolsonaro for attacking the Brazilian voting system?

In July 2021, in a unanimous vote, Brazil's Superior Electoral Court (TSE) asked Brazil's Supreme Court (STF) to investigate President Jair Bolsonaro for disseminating fake news against the electronic ballot box used in the country's elections, especially in a live broadcast from earlier that month. Thus, an administrative inquiry was opened to investigate crimes of corruption, fraud, prohibited conduct, extemporaneous propaganda, abuse of political and economic power in carrying out these attacks.

At the end of the investigation, the inquiry must be forwarded to the Electoral Public Ministry, which will assess whether or not there is enough evidence to charge Bolsonaro for committing abuse of political and economic power.

If by the end of 2021 Brazil's Electoral Public Ministry considers there is enough evidence against Bolsonaro and charges him for abuse of political and economic power, this market will be resolved as "Yes".
