This market will resolve based on the information made available at https://bpip.org.

The member on Bitcointalk who shows up at the top of the ranking for "Most Merits" members of the forum on December 31, 2021, at 23:59:59 UTC, will be considered the winning outcome of this market.

If the member who appears at the top of that ranking is not listed among the alternatives in this market, the market will resolve to "Another member".
