Researchers at the Brigham and Women Hospital (USA) are testing a spray vaccine against Alzheimer's Disease. Phase I clinical trials are intended to assess the safety of the immunizer that is designed to prevent and slow the progression of Alzheimer's.
The clinical trial will assess the effect of two doses of the formula in 16 participants with a confirmed diagnosis for the disease. By the time this market was published, however, the official date for the first volunteers to receive the immunizing agent had not yet been announced.
If the nasal spray vaccine against Alzheimer's Disease developed by researchers from the Brigham and Women Hospital proves to be safe in humans by the end of 2023, and clinical trials advance to phase II, this market will resolve to “Yes”.
