Will the Three Gorges Dam collapse by the end of 2022?
Market Rules
The Three Gorges Dam is the world’s biggest hydro-electrical project and is located in Yichang, China. Apart from generating energy, the dam was also constructed to control floods in the Yangtze River.
China’s rainy season comes in June and last year the country faced severe floods.
If the water discharges are insufficient and the Three Gorges Dam collapses in any way by the end of 2022, this market will resolve to “Yes”.
