Market Rules

A few weeks after taking over the role of CEO of Twitter, Elon Musk declared that the company could go bankrupt, laid off thousands of employees, and backtracked on relevant decisions that were linked to the enterprise’s business model.

If Elon Musk still sits as Twitter CEO through July 1st, 2023, this market will resolve to “Yes”. If before July 1st either Elon Musk or an official spokesperson for the company announces Musk’s departure from office, this market will resolve to “No”, even if he only effectively leaves after that date.
