Market Rules

Every year, NASA releases data about the Global Temperature Index - a measurement of the change in global surface temperature in comparison to its historical long-term average. In 2022, for example, the number indicated a rise of 0.89ºC.

If data from NASA for 2023 indicates a rise of 0.89°C or more in global surface temperature index (no smoothing) in comparison to the historical long-term average temperature, this market will resolve to "Yes".
