The charges on the United States of America versus Donald Trump case (1:23-cr-00257, (D.D.C.)) are conspiracy to defraud the US, conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding, attempt to obstruct an official proceeding and conspiracy against rights.

Before entering the trial phase, the defendant’s defense may try to persuade the judge to dismiss the charges of the indictment. If all federal charges in this specific case against Donald Trump are dismissed before entering the trial phase, then this market will be resolved as “Yes”.
