Will the Antarctic sea ice minimum in 2024 be lower than in 2023?

Market Rules

The Antarctic sea ice reaches its minimum each year between February and early March. According to the US National Snow and Ice Data Center (NSIDC), the average monthly Antarctic sea ice extent in February 2023 was 1.91 million square km.

If data for February 2024 indicates that the monthly average minimum for Antarctic sea ice levels was lower than 1.91 million square km, this market will resolve to "Yes".
