This market will resolve as Yes if the California AI regulation bill SB 1047 (Safe and Secure Innovation for Frontier Artificial Intelligence Models Act) becomes law during the current (2023-2024) legislative session of the California State Legislature.

The bill will be considered to have become law either if it is signed by the Governor of California, or if it becomes law without the Governor's signature as per California legislative procedures.
