Trump to create a national Bitcoin reserve by May 1?
Market Rules
This market aims to predict whether the US federal government will hold any amount of Bitcoin in its reserves at any point between January 20, 2025, 00:01 (UTC-3) and May 1, 2025, 23:59 (UTC-3). For this market’s purposes, values confiscated in Bitcoin do not count as holding Bitcoin reserves.
To assess if the government holds any amount in Bitcoin, this market will consider as sources of reference statements issued by the White House or any of its subsidiary departments, the Federal Reserve, the Office of Management and Business, the Government Accountability Office and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
Credible news reports and Congressional hearings and inquiries on the acquisition of Bitcoin may also be considered as secondary sources of reference to resolve this market.

- Futuur: Thanks for the comment, @Flcavqueiroz . Indeed, the rules of this market determine that crypto assets that had already been confiscated by the US government before the announcement should not count towards resolving the market. Therefore, the market will remain open until it either reaches its deadline or a Bitcoin reserve is created via the effective acquisition of assets beyond what had already been confiscated before the announcement.
