Will the House vote on Impeaching Donald Trump in 2019?
Market Rules
Once the House Judiciary Committe closes an impeachment inquiry, the House of Representatives is able impeach a president — which is similar to an indictment — by a simple majority vote. Then, after a trial in the Senate, if two-thirds of the upper chamber to vote to convict the president, the president can be removed from office.
For this question to be resolved as "Yes", it is only necessary that the House votes on Impeaching Donald Trump before the end of 2019, regardless of whether or not it moves on to the Senate or is rejected.
