Will Abraham Weintraub be charged for the crime of racism?

In April of 2020, Brazil Supreme Court justice Celso de Mello accepted a request made by the Attorney General's Office to determine the opening of an investigation about an alleged crime of racism committed by Brazil's Minister of Education, Abraham Weintraub. Earlier that month, Weintraub had hinted in a social network that China was to purposely benefit from the world crisis caused by Covid-19.

If by July 31st, 2020, the investigation about his actions concludes there was a crime of racism, and Minister Abraham Weintraub is formally charged for that crime - be it through a decision by the Supreme Court (in case he is still minister) or by any other legal court (in case he is no longer minister by then) - this question will be resolved as "Yes".
