Will Fabrício Queiroz return to prison in 2020?

Since Fabrício Queiroz had his preventive arrest declared by Brazilian authorities in June, his legal situation has been subject to many changes. In August, for example, justice Felix Fischer of the country's Superior Court of Justice (STJ) overthrew the decision that had granted house arrest to Fabrício Queiroz. Nonetheless, before Queiroz could leave his house to return to prison, justice Gilmar Mendes of Brazil's Supreme Court (STF) temporarily decided not to keep Queiroz locked in a cell.

If Fabrício Queiroz loses, again, the right to remain under house arrest, and is effectively returned to prison by December 31, 2020, this market will be resolved as "Yes".
