If a new economic stimulus economic bill for coping with COVID-19’s consequences in the US passes in the US Congress and is signed into law by the president by December 31st, 2020, this market will be resolved as “Yes”.

In case an emergency funding is included in a general budgetary bill or other type of legislation that is not explicitly developed to address the economic consequences of the Covid-19 pandemic, that funding in particular will not meet the criteria for resolving this market.
