In 2015, Italy's parliament elected constitutional court judge Sergio Mattarella as the country's President. Italy's president is largely a ceremonial role, but its powers include being responsible for appointing a Prime Minister.
If Sergio Mattarella holds the position of President of Italy through December 31st, 2021, this market will be resolved as "Yes".
