Will Oxford University's vaccine against the Bubonic Plague be considered safe by the end of 2022?

Researchers at the University of Oxford (UK) are researching a vaccine against Bubonic Plague, a disease that devastated Europe in the 14th century. Despite being controlled in most countries, there are still outbreaks of the plague in some countries like Madagascar, Mongolia, and China up to these days. There are good antibiotics to treat the disease, but a vaccine might be of great help for areas with outbreaks, or remote locations.
The phase I clinical trials began testing the safety of the vaccine's formulation in 2021 and will investigate how well it can induce an immune response. In total, the study is expected to last 12 months.
If by the end of 2022, the vaccine developed by the University of Oxford against the Bubonic Plague is considered safe, and the studies are allowed to advance to clinical phase II, this market will be resolved as “Yes”.
