When will NASA launch Artemis 1's rocket to orbit the moon?
Market Rules
NASA's Artemis lunar exploration program has several missions scheduled, each one with different levels of complexity, to start a new era of space exploration.
The first mission, Artemis 1, is set to orbit the moon, with no crew, to test its deep space exploration systems. The mission was scheduled to launch in 2021, but NASA has postponed the launch.
If NASA launches Artemis 1's rocket to orbit the moon by June 30, 2023, the alternative containing the month in which the launch took place will be the winning outcome for this market. If the launch does not take place by June 30, 2023, this market will resolve to "Not before July 2023".
