For this market, "unique users" refer to unique individuals who have used ChatGPT directly or indirectly through platforms, applications, or APIs built on top of the ChatGPT model.
If the actual milestone of ChatGPT reaching 1 billion users is reached before the end of 2024, but the announcement is made between January 1st and 15th, 2024, the market will resolve as 'Yes' as well.
