Market Rules

Bangladesh’s constitution mandates new elections for the Parliament to be held within 90 days after its dissolution. The Parliament was last dissolved on August 6.

If the next general elections for Bangladesh’s Parliament are held by November 4, 2024, this market will resolve to "Yes". Otherwise, it will resolve to "No".

Statement by either the country’s election authority or the de facto ruling powers in the sense that the election will not be held by November 4th will be sufficient to resolve this market as “No”.
