Polymarket to announce the release of a crypto token by the end of 2025?

This market aims to predict whether Polymarket, or an affiliated entity (part of its corporate structure or separate from Polymarket) publicly identified as issuing on behalf of Polymarket, will announce the release of a new cryptocurrency token on or before December 31, 2025, 23:59 (UTC-3).
For the purposes of this market, a “crypto token” refers to any digital asset created and distributed on a blockchain platform, such as Ethereum or Solana, which is identified by Polymarket or its publicly recognized affiliates as an official Polymarket token. Tokens created or distributed without formal acknowledgment or endorsement from Polymarket will not satisfy this criterion.
The announcement must be made on or before December 31, 2025, 23:59 (UTC-3). Announcements made after this time will not qualify, regardless of whether the token's release is planned for a date beyond the deadline. Generic plans, speculative reports, or announcements of exploratory discussions without a clear intent to release a specific token will not satisfy this market's resolution criteria.
Official announcements from Polymarket, such as press releases, blog posts on Polymarket’s official website, or statements on Polymarket’s verified social media accounts will be the reference sources to resolve this market. However, reports by reputable financial or cryptocurrency news outlets may also serve as verification of Polymarket’s communications.
